Since Jason is letting me implement https I guess there's no problem
license-wise. And https support will be ./configur[abl]e --with[out]-ssl
so there's not problem with that either - there can f.ex. be:

Package: apt
Package: apt-https

without problems - actually it should be feasible right now, we only have
to add it to debian/control.
