You have to create seperate file lists organized by architecture and feed
those to apt-ftparchive by way of it's configuration file (use the
generate command) it will then do the right thing. For something simple
like what you have find -name "*_i386.deb" would probably be just fine to
generate the lists. Don't forget to include the 'all' packages.
