Bug#127648: apt-get acting funny

Hi,

I have the same problem as described above. I have a Debian powerpc
unstable install, with apt 0.5.4, and perl 5.6.1-7.

When running apt-get update (or any other mode for a fact):
Reading Package Lists... Error!
E: Unable to write mmap - msync (0 Success)
E: The package lists or status file could not be parsed or opened.

Downgrading to perl 5.6.1-6 didn't fix the problem. dpkg still works
fine. It started acting like that after I installed some dictionaries:
wbritish wenglish ibritish iamerican ifrench-gut wfrench

Removing them (one by one) with dpkg didn't fix the problem. Removing
all but one line from my sources.list didn't fix it either (tested
multiple times with different lines).

If you need more info mail me.
