Bug#119303: Wishlist: Ref-counting / coloring

Package: gnome-apt
Version: 0.3.9

Hi,

I just startet to use gnome-apt and liked it quite much.

I'd like to see the functionality
of deborphan (http://packages.debian.org/testing/admin/deborphan.html)
somehow included into the package display and/or filter

Idea: If I clean my system I'd like to remove
everything with refcount=1 (i.e. that won't break anything),
esp. libraries that nobody uses anymore.

I'd like this either as coloring (similar to "would break" state)
or as a filter in the package list.

Ultimately I'd like to see not just the dependancies,
but also the dependees in the package description,
to judge if I can safely remove a package (e.g. libc6 ;-)
without rendering my system unusable...

Hope it is not already somewhere in the program
and I was just unable to find it.

Yours,
Steffen
