Jason,

I though it's impossible to determine what packages were just
installed by apt-get in post install hook even based on status file
information. What I had in mind is the hooks for packages which
apt-get installs not all installed packages. If you suggest me a way
to do this in post install hook I'll agree that Post-Install-Pkgs
doesn't make sense.
