Bug#106401: wish list bug regarding flowles woody installation

This is a wish list bug.
I've stumbled more than once over it when installing customer systems
and test systems for my lab.

here is the relevant part of my posting about a problem with the
new woody boot disks and apt:

I request to use the
Acquire::http::Pipeline-Depth "0";
setting as default for apt and put some info about higher values
of the Pipeline-Depth somewhere in the apt documentation.
This is a real show stopper for users not experienced with apt.
