Package: apt
Version: 0.3.19
Severity: normal

If you set a deb URL in sources.list of the following form:

deb http://user:Password@server/ ./

apt-get only uses the user and Password for access to the web server, if
you go through a proxy (http_proxy is set). If you connect directly, apt-get
doesn't use the authorization.
