Bug#65262: do as I say, not as you think I ought

I'm having the same problem -- I want to install a few packages that depend on
python without installing python (because actuallu I have installed python2 and
have symlinks `/usr/bin/python -> /etc/alternatives/python -> /usr/bin/python2').

I want apt to stop automatically marking for removal things which have unmet
dependencies, if I have explicitly marked them to be kept.

Regards,

Zooko
