Bug#91799: marked as done (apt: apt-zip-list generate wrong ftp urls)

apt-zip-list, when using a ftp source generates lines like

whereas wget wants ftp://ftp.fr.debian.org/debian/pool/...

The only way this is possible is if your sources.list doesn't have //'s.
So add them.

APT doesn't actually care if you have them are not, it works either way.
