Bug#90103: apt upgrade wants to remove almost everything

 Hi,
  Just thought I would point out a couple of things:
	A. Packages.gz in ~/jgg/apt list a debconf that seems to be unavailable.
	B. apt-get install apt (version 0.5) offers to uninstall an awful lot of 
stuff - roughly 180 megs ... seems a little execessive. Looks like this:

 That's about it - up til now the new versions have been running swimmingly 
though :).
