Bug#87639: apt-get build-dep doesn't notice that a virtual package is already provided by an installed package

This is now fixed in CVS. Thanks for the bug report.
Meanwhile, someone needs to tell the xmms maintainer that libogg0-dev
doesn't exist... (it's libogg-dev)
