Bug#79277: Duplicated download, two packages with same source fetches twice
Not only does apt fetch packages with the same source package twice, it
seems to fetch every package from every source that has the latest
version!

Wow. The packages that weren't fetched twice the first time (because I
interrupted apt) are fetched again, twice!
BTW, I am still using dselect, so the command used here is 'apt-get
dselect-upgrade'.
