*Uncompressed* Packages may no longer be provided by Debian, they are very
big, and not exactly worthwhile. Given that such an option would be all or
nothing, it kind of becomes pointless..
 
For instance, there are not uncompressed versions of the Sources file.

APT's http through an rproxy proxy is considerably inferior a native APT
http method that spoke rproxy.
