prove the accuracy of its translations, SAC and SEL will now translate
entire Schematic and PCB designs at our facility, with prices starting at
just $.61 per KB(source file size).  EDAX converts and delivers completed
error-free conversions in any of these formats:
    Accel EDA    --    Orcad    --    PCAD    --    PADS    --    Protel
--    Tango

Translations in these formats will also be available 1/1/01:
    Cadstar    --    EDWin    --    McCad
