Package: apt
Version: 0.3.19
Severity: wishlist

Well... apt-move 4.x dropped the support for rsync because they expected
apt-get to get it sooner or later - is anything being done to actually
create methods/rsync?

No. Debian can not support the use of rsync for anything other than
mirroring, APT will never support it.
