Bug#71934: apt: apt-cache manpage: apt-cache IS called directly

manpage of apt-cache states:

apt-cache is seldom called directly

When I read this the first time I though "hmm, I am 
a debian newbie, so I won't call it directly" and stop reading
the rest of the manpage. Then I hacked some perlscripts to do things
that apt-cache can do much better.

You could change it to something like:
"apt-cache is called by the other apt utilities but can be called 
directly, too"
