Package: apt
Version: 0.3.19
Severity: normal

I have source lines for woody and binary for potato. It seems
that apt-cache skips source cache, but that shouldn't be the case.
When I search for things that are in woody but not in potato, no
output is produced.

orion:src$ apt-cache search graphviz
orion:src$

Thanks,

The search function is specifically for search the contents of decription
records, source packages have no description records so search does not
apply to them.

Use the showsrc function instead.
