ok Jason, I think that there is a bad interpretation in my title report about the
exact fault. The problem is not on apt-get tool, but on dpkg-scanpackages
tool ( I hope )
------------
[root@syspeo:/etc/samba] dpkg-scanpackages /libre_2/package_debian/dists/stable/main /tmp/. ../.. >/dev/null ;echo $?
dpkg-deb (subprocess): unexpected end of file in member data in /libre_2/package_debian/dists/stable/main/webalizer_1.20-5_alpha.deb
gzip: stdin: unexpected end of file
dpkg-deb: subprocess gzip -dc returned error exit status 1
Couldn't call dpkg-deb on /libre_2/package_debian/dists/stable/main/webalizer_1.20-5_alpha.deb:

I think that dpkg-scanpackages is in the dpkg-dev package, so if exact
, there is 2 possibilities about the bug number Bug#60730.
-1- we close this bug report, and i open a new one on dpkg-dev.
-2- we don't close the bug report, but this bug is associated to the
dpkg-dev.
In this case, i need your help in order to make it, because i have no
information in order to requalified a bug report.
what is your suggestion ?
best regards
