Bug#55950: apt shouldn't complain when apt-cdrom returns an empty file on update
Package: apt
Version: 0.3.14
Severity: wishlist
When you make an update, apt-cdrom returns an empty file, which is ok since the content of a cdrom can't change.
The problem is that apt seems to be messed with that fact. It complains a lot, and you can think that something goes wrong (even if not, it works pretty well).
In summary : please turn off all these warnings. They don't hurt, but it's not clean...
Thanks, Mt.
