Bug#51258: man/apt-get.8.gz has a bad character.

Package: apt
Version: 0.3.14

/usr/share/man/man8/apt-get.8.gz has a un-recommended
character: \'
If I typed "man 8 apt-get", and typed terminal has
ability to display, it was displayed "´" converted
by groff -Tlatin1.
But, If a terminal could not display, or be set other
encoding like EUC, the result was that the character \'
did not display.

To fix this problem is easy. Change the sequence in
apt-get.8.gz from "\'" to "'".
