Package: apt
Version: 0.3.13
Severity: important

Hi,

The below (rather long) typescript illustrates the
problem. libforms is a little broken (so the upacking stage fails),
but apt then fails to configure the rest of the packages its unpacked.

This is a well known flaw with dpkg, there is nothing that can be done
about it.
