Package: apt
Version: 0.3.13
Severity: normal

Situation: I have gcc already newest version (at the moment) 1:2.95.2-0pre1.
The problem: apt-get dist-upgrade tries to download/upgrade
gcc, apt-get upgrade does not. Seems to be version comparing in dist-upgrade
is broken. dist-upgrade shows version as 1%3a2.95, which leads it to confusion.

session:

worm# apt-get -u dist-upgrade
