Yes. However, most of the checks in question are not
likely to be fatal, and I would like to see what other areas
of Apt have problems so that the apt work can proceed in
parallel with the Hurd work.
Actually, the Hurd has recently been modified to support these
socket option returns. However, the socket handling still
seems to be incomplete/wrong because we are not able to
communicate with the various servers...
