Bug#48966: potato/Apt: Trouble installing console-data

Version: apt(0.3.13),

I daily update / upgrade potato -- today I ran into a problem I couldn't
quite figure out. See below.

nereid:~# apt-get install console-data

removing console-data and re- apt-get install console-data dosen't seem to
work.

Thoughts?
