Bug#47263: apt: can't install only `libc6-dbg' and `dbuild' together

Hi,
Installing these two packages (libc6-dbg and dbuild) using
multi-cd works ok, even though they are on different CDs.
However, apt get mighty confused.
Here is a transcript using apt method inside dselect,
