This is the only way to correct the broken perl dependencies on your
system.

This output is because your system started in an inconsistent state, when
you specified -f and gave it some packages it accepted them as the
solution the fix the broken state, but found out that it didn't work out.

I'm not sure what messy things you are doing with the perl packages, but
that is what the problem is.
