Bug#41039: apt: dselect-upgrade doesn't

But I don't want those pacakges removed :-(
output of "dpkg -l" attached. Incidentally, when I tried apt-get -f install
<list of packages> then it still complained:

You might want to run apt-get -f install' to correct these:
