Bug#35196: apt: In the apt-get help text, "ie" should be "eg"
Package: apt
Version: 0.3.3
Running apt-get with no arguments shows:
apt 0.3.3 for i386 compiled on Mar 23 1999 12:30:36
Usage: apt-get [options] command
...
Options:
...
-o=? Set an arbitary configuration option, ie -o dir::cache=/tmp
^^
This "ie" should be "eg". "ie" means, roughly, "that is", while "eg"
means, roughly, "for example". In this case, "for example" would be
more appropriate.
Suggested solution: replace "ie" with "eg".
Alternative solution: ban the use of debian by overly anal-retentive
people.
