Bug#29441: marked as done (documenting the codes for -s)

It'd be nice if the codes that -s emits were documented somewhere.
I can figure out what 'Inst', 'Remv', and 'Conf' are although the last
could be conflict.  What I don't understand is what the [] in the
following lines are:
