bug report if necessary, and/or fix the problem forthwith.

talking about this indicates a serious mail system misconfiguration

When I run apt-get update, I get the following message:

My problem is that apt-get doesn't actually fetch these files just checks for
changes. As a result it displays irrelevant values, like 914k/s.
