Subject: apt may report wrong line speed
Organization: CNUCE-CNR, Via S.Maria 36, Pisa - Italy +39-50-593211

Package: apt
Version: 0.1.5
Severity: wishlist

Using the ftp method, apt skips the packages older than local ones, but
counts this check as if having downloaded the whole file, thus
presenting incredibly high transfer rates.
