I was tempted to put something like that in, but it occurse to me that
someone reading that might think that if they went to 'ftp.debian.org'
(alot of people think it is the master server) they'd get better results.
This is not a thought I want people to have.. How about just adding 'or
moved out of Incoming' the mirror list does show incoming mirrors...

I thought about this, but it yeilds a really messy and hard to read
display in many cases.. That's devling into the area where you do need a
GUI to fix the troubles..
