Bug#26703: apt: apt doesn't handle well virtual package name

Package: apt
Version: 0.1.6

When I try to install a package that depends on
(e.g.) news-transport-system, apt complains that the
package has unmet dependencies, even if inn or c-news are
available, but not installed.
