Bug#24690: apache-ssl package depends on self--can't install because dpkg blows up with assertion

You are right. The problem is, that apache not yet uses or supplies
apache-common, so apache-ssl has to depend on apache or apache-common,
as some people want to install both servers.

But I consider it a bug, that apt aborts and dumps core.
