I compiled apt_0.0.13 for m68k. Its available via public ftp from
ftp://mirjam.informatik.uni-tuebingen.de/pub/debian/
Theres also a logfile from the compilation. You messed up the order of member
variables in one constructor, egcs handles that, but its better to change it.

PS: Installing from non-US now works fine. No problems so far.
