EGCS

I got deity to compile with EGCS today, hopefull it will still work with
gcc, I needed to make a few minor changes.

Configure kinda works but libtool bombes out :< 
 export LD="/usr/lib/gcc-lib/i486-linux/egcs-2.90.21/ld"
That fixes it for now..
