If you are using Debian Bookworm, please add backports to your /etc/apt/sources.list (if it is not there) then install xfce4-weather-plugin from the debian backports using the below command. I hope this will work for you.
Debian Bookworm kullanıyorsanız, lütfen /etc/apt/sources.list'inize backport'lar ekleyin (eğer orada değilse) ardından aşağıdaki komutu kullanarak xfce4-weather-plugin'i debian backport'larından yükleyin. Umarım bu sizin için işe yarar.
# nano /etc/apt/sources.list

# bookworm-backports, previously on backports.debian.org
