Hi Alex, thanks for the report. We're in the middle of the Xfce 4.14 upload,
and yes exo 0.12.8 (part of the 4.14 release) has already been uploaded to
unstable and the helpers have moved from exo-helper-1 to exo-helper-2.

Are you sure about that path? There is not path by that name in Debian,
they're in /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/xfce4/. If this is not a typo, you likely
have a local package installed which might be responsible for the mess.

But I'm confused here. You're actually not up to date, unstable has 0.12.8,
and libexo-2-0 0.12.8 contains /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/xfce4/exo-2/exo-
helper-2. exo-helper-1 was in libexo-1-0 0.12.6.

I think it's likely your system is in the middle of an update.
