I have to admit I don't use pulseaudio (nor know anything about it). But
afaict xfce4-mixer only works on what gstreamer gives it, so if it
doesn't give it a default mixer, then you won't be able to select it.
I'm thus reassigning to gstreamer0.10-pulseaudio, which I guess should
be responsible for exporting this ?virtual? mixer.
