[Pkg-xfce-devel] Bug#483564: xfwm4: Doesn't seem to send SIGWINCH correctly on window size changes

Open an xterm (standard 80x24). Run "less" on a file longer than the 
xterm size. Maximise the window. See how "less" behaves. Unmaximise the 
window. See how "less" behaves. Repeat a few times. Sometimes "less" 
gets the signal to resize, sometimes it doesn't.

Repeat the exercise with xfce4-terminal and observe the same effects.
