Bug#1028036: libx11-xcb1: uim's preedit hangs libreoffice

Package: libx11-xcb1
Version: 2:1.8.3-2
Severity: normal
Affects: src:uim src:libreoffice

Dear Maintainer,

   * What led up to the situation?

0. (Create new user)
1. Set LANG and LC_ALL as ja_JP.UTF-8.
2. Install libreoffice-writer.
3. Install uim-anthy (Japanese Input Method),
launch uim-pref-gtk and set 'using Anthy'
4. Install im-config, launch im-config and set 'using uim'.
5. Launch libreoffice-writer.

   * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
     ineffective)?

Input Japanese and convert Hiragana to Kanji on uim's preedit.

   * What was the outcome of this action?

Failure convert Hiragana to Kanji and libreoffice-writer hangs.

   * What outcome did you expect instead?

Successfully convert Hiragana to Kanji and libreoffice-writer does not hang.

I just revert below commit with libx11 2:1.8.3-3, this problem is solved.

ximcp/imRm.c: allow XNSpotLocation with OnTheSpot

Maybe it's because of uim's side, if so, please reassign this bug to uim.
