Bug#882997: libinput-bin: Laptop keyboard no longer working after upgrading to 1.9.2-1

Dear Maintainer,

When upgrading from 1.8.3-1 to 1.9.2-1, and after restarting X, my 
laptop's keyboard no longer worked properly on X.
My usb keyboard was working properly, so was the keyboard when outside of X.

I tried creating a xorg.conf with an explicit keyboard configuration but 
this did not help (I am no system guru though).

Reverting libinput-bin to 1.8.3-1 fixed the issue.

My laptop is an HP EliteBook Folio 9470m. I don't know what information 
you need if you want to investigate but I would be happy to provide them.
