Bug#881791: libgl1-mesa-dri: Solved, Manually Extract /etc/drirc from libgl1-mesa-dri_13.0.6-1+b2_amd64.deb

I have no idea why it was this way, but after taking a closer look at the bug
report, I noticed the /etc/drirc file was about empty.  
Tried 
# apt-get -reinstall libgl1-mesa-dri
and it was still 128 bytes

After manually extracting the file, video looks good, opengl on mupen64plus
is really fine.  kwin still doesn't like it, but like I said xrender is doing
a good job with compositing.  Best I ever saw by far.

Thanks again for the hard work on this stuff, I know it must take a 
lot of effort.  Sorry for the noise, sometimes it takes me awhile to
figure things out.  See you in a couple years for my next upgrade.
