Bug#685891: glXGetVideoSyncSGI fails to increment frame count when xrandr rotation is active

Dear Maintainer,

With the intel portion of this driver:

I don't know why, but when Xrandr rotation is set to left, right, or inverted, the frame count returned by glXGetVideoSyncSGI is always zero, even though no error is reported via the return code. The frame count can be incrememnting as usual in normal mode, but when rotation is switched to any other mode it becomes zero. Switching back to normal rotation restores the expected incrementing behavior.
