Hi,
I am using i3-wm, and I use xmodmap to remap modifier keys on my keyboard, so I
can control the WM.
I noticed, that sometimes these settings are lost, or reset to default, when I
resume my PC from sleep.
My xmodmap setup just uses a file ~/.Xmodmap, so i3-wm calls it when it starts
('exec xmodmap /home/tetreb/.Xmodmap'):
keycode 100 = Super_R
keycode 102 = Super_L

Sladi
