Bug report if necessary, and/or fix the problem forthwith.

This is weird.  I have no idea how that could happen (and afaict my
etch->lenny upgrades worked fine).  I'm going to assume this was a
glitch in the etch->lenny upgrade path, or a local issue, and close this
now.  Hopefully it won't reappear.
