Bug#360055: libxft2 must be downgraded to stable's 2.1.7.1-1 for testing to be usable

You could have gotten clarification just by following up to the bug you knew
was already open...

The final resolution is still pending; when freetype 2.2 is released, the
shlibs will be bumped again, and the current RC bugs in libfreetype6 for
breaking ABI will also be fixed.  I don't think there's much point in trying
to get this particular issue fixed up in the meantime, beyond the extent to
which it already has been.
