Hmm, this makes x11proto-gl-dev uninstallable since 1:7.0.0-1 >> 1:7.0.0
which is in experimental. I don't know if the versioned dep is needed,
but if so it should be lowered.
And it isn't a Pre-Depends (I don't think it should be, since this
package doesn't seem to install anything in /usr/include/X11).
BTW, there is still a missing epoch in the Pre-Depends field for
libx11-{6,dev}, libxdmcp-dev, xtrans-dev, libdmx-dev.
