Bug#348330: same here: second head stays dark on 6.9.0.

I can confirm this behaviour with my Radeon Mobility 9600.  It works
fine with 6.8.2.dfsg.1-11 but breaks on 6.9.0.dfsg.1-4: the second
monitor gets no signal at all.
