This looks like exactly the same pair of video cards the submitter had
-- at the same PCI bus addresses, no less.

What's *your* configuration?  Please supply your XF86Config-4 and
XFree86.0.log.

(I suspect the problem is not driver-specific, but I want to try to be
sure.)
